How do I use it?

Thaw as required and add to smoothies, dips, sauces, dressings, spreads and breakfast bowls. It's also perfect for recipes where a smooth avocado texture is needed.

How do I store it?

Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Thaw in the refrigerator as required and use promptly once thawed. Do not refreeze after thawing.
