This Baked Ricotta cheesecake is definitely a crowd pleaser . Looma's Baked Ricotta has 3 different textures - A cinnamon buttery base, soft delicate ricotta center with a crumbly topping.

8" size serves up to 14 (8" cake comes in a box sized 23cm long x 23cm wide x 5.5cm high)

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: All cakes are supplied frozen. 

Frozen Cakes: Takes approximately 3 hours to defrost in the fridge

Once defrosted, store refrigerated and consume within 5 days.

Shelf life from defrost: 5 days

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Quick tip - Leave the cake out at room temperature for approx 1 hour - This would give you a nicer softer texture rather than straight from the fridge which can result in a firmer texture.
