How do I store and prepare it?

• Products are supplied frozen
• If frozen, leave at room temperature for 4-5 hours before serving. If refrigerated, leave at room temperature for 1 hour before serving for best serving texture 
• Frozen shelf life provided on packaging
• Once thawed keep refrigerated at 2-5°C for 5-7 days
  
• Store covered to maintain freshness
• Do not refreeze once thawed
